About the role

• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication
• Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Inform clients about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
• Further develop the existing benefits portfolio
• Implement innovative bonus models
• Design tailored benefits programs
• Provide strategic advice to clients
• Analyze existing benefits systems
• Develop future-ready solutions to increase employee satisfaction
• Develop new ideas with internal teams and clients

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Empathy, a confident manner, and assertiveness
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Clear, persuasive, and presentation-focused communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of groups
• Strong consulting skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills and sound commercial expertise
• Fluent German and English, including strong negotiation skills
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
