Senior Clipper Developer – Financial Services Segment

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts to ensure efficient database operations.
• Collaborate with the data team to identify and resolve issues related to data performance and integrity.
• Participate in requirements analysis and propose technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation, ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables.
• Document processes, procedures, and developed solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Proven experience in Clipper and PL/SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of programming logic and algorithms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different areas of the organization.
• Experience working in software development environments focused on financial or credit solutions.
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as C# and Delphi, is a plus.
• Experience participating in large-scale projects involving systems integration and process optimization.
