Senior Carrier and Product Management

• Own Eye Security’s insurance portfolio and MGA partnerships
• Develop and enhance cyber insurance products in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and other countries
• Closely integrate insurance products with the Cyber Guard and incident response offerings
• Coordinate external partners as needed
• Monitor market, carrier, and broker trends and adapt products and policy wordings accordingly
• Support the underwriting team and customers with legal and insurance-related questions
• Identify compliance risks at an early stage and implement legally compliant solutions in the relevant jurisdictions
• Introduce a modular product concept and scale processes through automation
• Provide legal and strategic leadership for carrier management
• Negotiate and oversee the execution of coverholder agreements in the EU and the United Kingdom
• Manage capacity for SMEs and large risks
• Build a stable, long-term, and diversified carrier base
• Own all MGA agreements and coordinate renewals
• Establish claims management processes that align profitability targets with carrier requirements

• In-depth legal knowledge of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands, or another EU country
• Legal qualification as an attorney or equivalent legal expertise is a plus
• Several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings in underwriting and/or claims handling
• Understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements
• Practical experience with incident response and prevention solutions
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Independent, confident, and reliable working style
• Ability to bring others along and build alignment
• Confident negotiation skills with customers and partners
• Resilience and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent communication skills in English and either German or Dutch
