System Administrator – Infrastructure, Information Security

• Own the full access lifecycle, including provisioning, reviews, revocation, and ticket documentation
• Resolve support and service requests end-to-end for the distributed team
• Administer Google Workspace and Jira Service Management, including intake forms and workflows
• Administer the GitHub organization, including members, teams, repository permissions, and access
• Maintain Jenkins nodes and GitHub–Jenkins integrations, including webhooks, credentials, and build agents
• Manage the primarily Apple fleet through enrollment, configuration profiles, OS updates, and MDM security baselines
• Identify recurring requests and eliminate them through automation and self-service
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, security improvements, internal systems consolidation, and AI tooling in IT operations

• 3+ years of experience in system administration, including hands-on Google Workspace and macOS administration in a company environment
• Proven experience owning asset management
• Intermediate Linux command-line skills and working knowledge of AWS and GCP
• Discipline in documentation and following access policy
• Service-oriented approach and ability to support non-technical users through to resolution
• Good written and verbal English; B2 preferred
• Experience configuring Jira/Jira Service Management is a plus
• Hands-on MDM administration experience is a plus
• Scripting skills for task automation and understanding of CI/CD are a plus
• Linux or networking certifications are a plus
