AWS GTM PMO – Project Management Office

• Track and manage customer participation across AWS programs including BOX, BOX AI, ISV Accelerate, credits, and MDF
• Own end-to-end submission processes for AWS program applications, nominations, and funding requests
• Monitor and drive progress across active GTM customer engagements
• Flag blockers, chase deliverables, and keep timelines on track
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene by updating opportunities, tracking GTM pipeline, logging activities, and generating leadership reports
• Support ACE co-sell pipeline management and coordinate with AWS field teams
• Track Marketplace listing progress, transactable offer setup milestones, and Technology Partner onboarding status
• Organize and maintain GTM playbooks, templates, enablement materials, and internal knowledge bases
• Schedule and prepare customer meetings, AWS alliance calls, and internal syncs, including agendas, notes, and action items
• Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking program status, customer progress, and team KPIs
• Coordinate logistics for AWS events, webinars, and co-marketing activities

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or PMO roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or cloud environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills across internal teams, customers, and AWS stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality and ability to take ownership
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with AWS Partner Programs, Marketplace, or Co-Sell (ACE) preferred
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
• Experience with AWS Partner Central (APN) or Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP) preferred
• Background in GTM operations, sales operations, or partner operations preferred
• Experience with CRM reporting and dashboard creation preferred
• Hebrew and/or Spanish language skills preferred
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain one preferred
