• Provide proactive, consultative customer service by presenting solutions tailored to customers’ purchasing needs
• Act as the point of connection between customers and services such as mobile plans, internet, and credit cards
• Answer questions and explain product benefits
• Follow the sales process through to closing
• Handle calls automatically routed by the system after the customer answers

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive profile with a focus on targets and results
• High school diploma
• No prior experience required
• Availability to work remotely or on-site
