Field Service Technician, Meßkirch Region

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating contractors by telephone and in person
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with support as quickly as possible
• Helping promote sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Good spoken and written German
• Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
