Senior Finance Business Partner

• Serve as the primary commercial advisor to department heads in Publishing, Partnerships, Sales, and Operations
• Translate complex financial realities into actionable strategic choices
• Evaluate business cases, hiring plans, and commercial assumptions
• Ensure commercial decisions are supported by rigorous ROI data
• Support financial appraisal, scenario planning, and business case frameworks for strategic initiatives, product launches, and capital deployment
• Support rolling forecasts and annual budgets with business leaders and the FP&A team
• Build and optimize driver-based financial models linking operational drivers such as traffic, CPM, and CPC to revenue, margin, and cash
• Lead analyses of company profitability, pricing strategies, and unit economics
• Partner with BI and Data Engineering teams to build automated, scalable single-source-of-truth data models
• Help transition from individual Tableau, Looker, and Power BI dashboards to integrated dashboards
• Help transform financial planning and business decision-making across MGID
• Support implementation of strategic financial initiatives, including a new prepayments policy

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering
• Experience in a digital, adtech, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business ideally
• Experience building or significantly transforming processes
• Strong financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modelling skills
• Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders and work across functions
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, practical approach
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or similar is a plus
• Big Four background is a plus
• Experience with two-sided business models or marketplace economics is a plus
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
