Mid-Level Software Engineer, Java

• Develop scalable, resilient, highly available, and high-performance applications.
• Assist with gathering business and technical requirements.
• Produce technical and non-technical documentation, such as diagrams and flowcharts.
• Lead medium-complexity initiatives, coordinating with business teams and other technical teams.
• Solve problems effectively by analyzing and debugging code.
• Collaborate on the assessment and definition of system and software architecture.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems to increase productivity, scalability, stability, and/or control.
• Create unit and integration tests.
• Develop APIs.

• Proficiency in Java; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GoCD, etc.).
• Experience with distributed version control systems (Git).
• Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, etc.
• Knowledge of AI development.
