Growth & Marketing Specialist
About the role
• Own marketing and communication initiatives end to end, from raw input to final delivery
• Turn complex ideas, notes, or numbers into clear, founder-ready messages for LinkedIn, emails, decks, landing pages, and internal documents
• Write and edit content on behalf of founders while preserving tone, intent, and brevity
• Support positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and curated events such as founder dinners and partner or investor events
• Research startups, markets, events, and ecosystems and synthesize insights into actionable angles
• Manage timelines, follow-ups, and execution details independently
• Identify gaps, risks, or misalignment and suggest concrete next steps
• Improve the quality of marketing and communication outputs
• Support business associate initiatives including founder-facing positioning, communications, partnerships, and curated events
• Support recruitment go-to-market initiatives including messaging, role positioning, candidate-facing content, and founder communication
• Support growth, partnerships, and revenue-generating efforts
• Advanced English
• Overlap with US time (EST) required for at least 4–5 hours per day
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and navigating different systems
• Understanding of CRM, funnels, attribution, and conversion
• Ability to prioritize business requests and make trade-offs based on business impact
• Ability to turn raw information into clear insights and actionable next steps
• Concise, high-judgment founder-level writing
• Ability to write on behalf of founders, including LinkedIn comments, DMs, and emails
• Ability to read and interpret basic metrics including traffic, conversions, engagement, and funnel stages
• Active use of AI in daily workflows for research, synthesis, and structuring
• Previous marketing experience is a strong plus
• Experience with productivity, research, CRM, and analytics tools such as Notion/Docs, HubSpot, GA4, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn is an advantage
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, or founder-support roles
• Exposure to events, partnerships, or go-to-market initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
• Clear growth path toward senior operator or Head of Marketing-level scope over time
