Staff Product Manager – Email AI

• Lead the vision and execution of generative and autonomous marketing intelligence for HighLevel’s Email Marketing platform
• Define and execute prompt-to-email creation, AI copy generation, brand-aware messaging, and multi-language copy localization
• Architect and deploy Sequence AI capabilities for automated multi-step lifecycle journeys
• Lead predictive recommendations, send-time optimization, subject line scoring, and dynamic personalized content fields
• Establish responsible AI guardrails for brand voice, content quality, hallucination suppression, and global privacy compliance
• Establish a 12–18 month Email AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy
• Partner with AI, Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams
• Formulate an 18-month strategic roadmap and establish baseline performance metrics
• Launch Email AI and Sequence AI into General Availability
• Deliver production-ready autonomous lifecycle journeys and reduce campaign creation time

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS
• Focused expertise building AI/ML products, LLM integrations, generative AI interfaces, or prompt engineering workflows
• Deep understanding of marketing automation workflows and email campaign lifecycle
• Experience with generative text/image/layout applications
• Proven track record designing intuitive, high-adoption AI-native user experiences
• Data-fluent mindset
• Experience defining instrumentation, writing outcome-focused PRDs, conducting user research, and tracking engagement metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• History of driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, AI, and GTM teams
