Lead Customer Application

• Own project control activity globally
• Drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation
• Conduct activities to understand and meet customer expectations
• Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions during the pre-ITO requisition process
• Interface with the commercial team
• Analyze client needs and define and optimize products, scope, schedule, industrial scheme, and cost
• Calculate plant, system, and equipment performance and efficiency
• Document technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution phases
• Customize products and implement solutions for specific customer needs during OTR
• Apply technical expertise and execute policy/strategy
• Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance
• Solve straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytical thinking
• Provide informal guidance to new team members

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Established project management skills
• Relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
