Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or discrepancies
• Support inventory reconciliation and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company logistics policies
• Assist with cost analysis and vendor performance tracking
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
• Continuously improve knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and supply chain practices through training and learning initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Working knowledge of logistics or inventory management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors and carriers
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve shipping discrepancies
• Ability to work under time pressure to meet delivery deadlines
• Basic understanding of shipping regulations and documentation requirements
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics tracking tools
• Experience working within an outsourced services environment, a plus
• Must provide a Windows 11 OS device under the BYOD arrangement
