Monitoring Analyst

• Create capacity, availability, and performance alerts for monitored assets
• Troubleshoot and adjust configurations in monitoring tools
• Add and remove assets from monitoring and update inventory changes
• Monitor and route alerts to the teams responsible for resolution
• Install and update monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana
• Create customized reports and dashboards based on monitoring data
• Monitor issues daily and identify and resolve technical support incidents
• Resolve low-, medium-, and high-complexity incidents
• Execute and monitor monitoring-related projects
• Configure, tune, and maintain monitoring assets and tools
• Manage incident resolution by taking corrective action or escalating incidents to the appropriate teams
• Develop reports and data visualizations to track asset performance and status

• Completed or ongoing higher education, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
• Hands-on experience with SNMPv1, SNMPv2, SNMPv3, and SNMP Traps network protocols
• Hands-on experience with network services on Windows and Linux operating systems
• Intermediate experience using monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and SNMP monitoring protocols
• Intermediate-level skills in managing DNS, Web Server, FTP, and Docker network services in Windows and Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of information security concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting incidents of varying complexity
