Fullstack Developer, Mid-Level

• End-to-end (fullstack) development and maintenance of medium- and high-complexity features, directly contributing to product scalability
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-organized code, applying sound architectural practices and design patterns on both the client side and server side
• Technical refinement of solutions in partnership with Product and Design teams, ensuring technical feasibility and visual fidelity based on Figma designs
• Planning and execution of automated unit and integration tests to ensure system stability
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of applications in production
• Promoting technical knowledge sharing through constructive code reviews
• Continuous learning and adoption of new technologies, development methodologies, and process automation

• Solid professional experience as a software developer, preferably 3 to 5 years, with a track record of autonomous delivery and experience working in agile environments
• Advanced frontend development skills using Vue.js and/or Nuxt.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS3
• Hands-on backend experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Golang in high-performance environments
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience consuming, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Experience writing automated tests with RSpec, Vitest, Cypress, or similar tools
• Proficiency with Git (Gitflow/Pull Requests) and Linux environments
• Autonomy to take tasks from inception through deployment
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Nice to have: experience with Datadog, PostHog, Prometheus, or Grafana; knowledge of microfrontend architecture and messaging systems; knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS; hands-on experience with PDF processing; experience with an AI-first culture and AI-powered productivity tools
