Senior Genesys Routing Developer

• Design, develop, and implement Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform
• Write and review secure, high-quality production code
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
• Participate in planning, implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and identify innovation opportunities
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients and colleagues
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate with stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Install, configure, and develop Genesys solutions
• Analyze Genesys logs to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• 10+ years of development experience with the Genesys Suite, specializing in Genesys Framework
• 4+ years of experience in Amazon Connect
• Expertise designing and developing routing applications for voice and multi-channel platforms using Composer/IRD and SCXML
• VXML experience is a plus
• Proficiency with CCpulse, GAX, and GA
• Database knowledge, particularly SQL and Cassandra, is advantageous
• Experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub
• Hands-on routing development experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR, Multi-channel)
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Skill developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys/Cisco frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
• Ability to architect routing designs and provide development support for customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience troubleshooting routing issues in production environments is a plus
• Ability to work on-call is a plus
• Knowledge of Splunk is a plus
