Senior Product Manager

• Serve as an Interim Product Manager for clients at various stages of the product life cycle
• Build and launch MVPs
• Salvage stalled initiatives
• Help scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs
• Steer product pivots
• Set up new product departments or capabilities
• Make product and business decisions affecting clients
• Oversee discovery and delivery processes for several initiatives simultaneously
• Work with Product, Program, and Project Managers depending on client setup
• Partner with stakeholders and align them on appropriate solutions
• Lead cross-functional product teams
• Own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation
• Complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities
• Propose and own initiatives that strengthen Product Impact, improve delivery speed, and optimize long-term profitability and growth

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment
• Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs
• Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods
• Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies
• Ability to switch between analytical and creative thinking
