Product Marketing Manager
About the role
• Own the end-to-end marketing plan and execution for each product feature
• Align launch plans with commercial teams
• Drive channel plans with website, social, paid, and lifecycle marketing owners
• Craft and set up emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demo videos
• Update onboarding materials, including product tours, emails, and the Onboarding Center
• Run the monthly product newsletter
• Partner on product content for major events such as the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day
• Monitor feature adoption after launch, identify stalled features, and determine fixes
• Host live product webinars and coordinate presenters
• Run promotional campaigns for existing features needing an adoption boost
• Localize content into Spanish when required
• 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience
• At least 3 years in B2B product marketing at a tech company
• Fluent business English
• Excellent storytelling in writing and on camera
• Track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns
• Uses AI tools to work faster and reliably while owning quality
• Comfortable analyzing data and surfacing insights
• Fluent business Spanish and deep understanding of Latin American travel business culture (nice to have)
• Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Customer.io (nice to have)
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytic tools (nice to have)
• Video and audio editing skills (nice to have)
• Full legal right to work in a LATAM country through citizenship or residency
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available
• Must submit a 3–5 minute video introduction as part of the application
