• Coordinate wave runbooks covering preparation, cutover, validation, rollback and support
• Lead go/no-go recommendations for approval by accountable business and technical owners
• Own operational handover, stabilisation exit criteria, business acceptance and controlled legacy retirement
• Align engineering, product, customer-facing and finance teams around one plan and timeline

• Experience segmenting large customer bases into migration waves, with detailed run books, rollback, hypercare and clear go or no-go criteria
• Commercial judgement: ability to weigh the cost of a feature gap against the revenue at risk and drive a decision
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, product, commercial and executive audiences, with ability to secure commitments, resolve competing priorities and lead delivery without relying on direct line-management authority

• Nice to have: recognised programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PgMP

• A senior role with direct visibility to the executive team and real influence on how OrderYOYO grows
• Ownership of the migration and integration capability from day one, with the autonomy to shape how it works
• Room to grow: as the portfolio expands, the opportunity to build this capability into a dedicated function and lead it
• Work across nine European markets alongside engineering, product, data and commercial teams
