Technical SEO, GEO Specialist

• Conduct hands-on technical SEO implementation across WordPress sites, including canonical structures, on-page signals, internal linking, structured data, crawlability, and indexation
• Develop and execute backlink, content, and authority-building strategies for organic search growth
• Develop and implement GEO and AI Search strategies to improve visibility, relevance, and citations across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Design and oversee A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion outcomes
• Collaborate with UI, content, and web development teams to integrate SEO and AI Search best practices
• Evaluate site health, Core Web Vitals, technical performance, and organic/AI search visibility
• Communicate status updates clearly
• Progressively take ownership of SEO strategy

• Advanced English (C1+)
• Proven expertise in technical SEO practices, including canonical structures, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data, technical audits, and backlink strategy
• Experience with GEO, AI Search, LLM SEO, or optimization for AI-powered search experiences strongly preferred
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with WordPress and Cloudflare technical configurations
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and/or similar SEO platforms
• Ability to work independently with web development, content, and design teams
• Experience with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity is a plus
• Must be based in LATAM
