Workday Advanced Compensation Subject Matter Expert

• Provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development
• Apply knowledge of systems, procedures, and emerging technologies
• Oversee development and validate final product functionality
• Define solution feasibility, implementation, and interaction with existing systems
• Provide solutions and resolutions for application issues through testing, investigations, and analyses
• Build, design, examine, and implement structured IT applications to meet business needs
• Assist with installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional Information Systems processes

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem
• Highly skilled in the Workday Advanced Compensation module
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration experience
• Experience running annual salary, bonus, and stock processes in a business-as-usual process
• Experience working in complex global environments
• Innovative and open to exploring new technologies and areas for continuous improvement
• Current Workday certification, or previously held Workday certification in HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation
• Hands-on experience creating, configuring, and maintaining calculated fields
• Comfortable communicating in English
