Senior C# Developer

• Develop and maintain systems for healthcare operators (health plans and self-managed health plans), with a focus on backend development
• Build, integrate, and maintain APIs using REST and SOAP standards
• Support applications by identifying the root causes of failures and fixing bugs
• Propose and implement continuous improvements to optimize performance and the end-user experience
• Perform data modeling
• Create optimized queries and develop new database structures based on business needs and requirements
• Provide technical input during the definition of requirements for new features or enhancements
• Break down and detail requirements into smaller tasks to facilitate the development team’s planning and execution

• Solid experience developing applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Practical experience developing the back-end layer of web applications
• Experience with ORM tools
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
• Knowledge of the MVC pattern
• Knowledge of applications that use dependency injection mechanisms
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science — preferred
• Experience with Knockout or front-end frameworks — preferred
• Knowledge of Node.js — preferred
• Knowledge of Delphi — preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including health plans, ANS, and the TISS standard — preferred
• Knowledge of Autofac, Castle Windsor, and NHibernate — preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle — preferred
• Knowledge of mobile development — preferred
