Sales Director

• Build relationships with prospective customers from initial contact through engagement with decision-makers and executives
• Understand prospects’ business objectives, goals, decision-making processes, and budgeting cycles
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Enablement and Onboarding, and Service Delivery teams
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
• Advocate for prospective customers and address their needs
• Become a subject matter expert on Appdome offerings
• Drive pipeline creation and close new business sales each quarter
• Grow the customer base and ARR
• Manage the sales process through contract negotiation and signing
• Ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success
• Travel regularly to meet prospects and attend conferences
• Collect and share market feedback, competitive insights, prospect feedback, and potential case studies

• 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles in a high-tech environment
• Demonstrable quota achievement
• Prior cybersecurity experience in a SaaS environment
• Quota-carrying experience
• Experience with high-dollar SaaS solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to articulate complex solutions in alignment with business requirements
• Understanding of SaaS and Information Security
• Mobile application security experience highly regarded
• WAF experience highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent follow-up, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-learner with tenacious curiosity
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Successful experience in both start-up and large company environments
• Completed sales training with pipeline management methodology
