Senior Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript, SaaS Platform

• Work closely with Product Management and the Managing Director of MEP24
• Further develop the mina.works SaaS platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Develop across the stack, from backend services to the user interface
• Take ownership of technical decisions and help evolve the platform architecture
• Work with distributed services and event-driven workflows using Event Sourcing, CQRS, and RabbitMQ
• Develop clear and intuitive REST APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for caching and message processing
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly features
• Ensure maintainability, reliability, and seamless integration between services
• Help shape the development team, development processes, and quality standards
• Advance the team’s use of AI-driven development
• Use AI tools with ongoing coaching and support

• At least three years of professional software development experience
• Strong command of React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React in production applications
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or comparable solutions
• Experience with distributed systems in which multiple services communicate with one another
• Solid understanding of Event Sourcing, CQRS, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with REST API design, Git, and monorepos, particularly pnpm Workspaces
• Knowledge of Vite and Ant Design or a comparable UI library for business applications
• Open to AI-assisted software development and willing to use relevant tools productively and thoughtfully
• Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for jointly clarifying requirements and technical solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with Playwright, Fastify or Hapi, as well as Sequelize or a comparable SQL ORM
• Nice to have: Basic DevOps knowledge, particularly Linux and CI/CD, plus experience with Caddy, Ansible, or Hetzner Cloud or dedicated servers
• Nice to have: Knowledge of workforce planning, HR, or workforce management
