Product Designer

• Improve the Wellfunnel Builder experience
• Work closely with Growth to drive experimentation across funnels
• Optimize onboarding experiences and run continuous iterations to increase conversion and average revenue per user
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize hypotheses, scope the roadmap, and plan upcoming initiatives
• Contribute to end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes
• Design experiments across onboarding stages, including landing pages, payments, and checkout
• Design visually appealing, mobile-first, user-centered experiences
• Execute design projects autonomously and contribute to collaborative ideation and design critiques
• Use product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions and improve conversion, retention, and engagement
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive user experiences and business results

• Proven experience working with Growth/Marketing to design web funnel experiences
• Exceptional visual design skills focused on mobile-first design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and variables
• Strong experience using and iterating on existing Design Systems
• Comfortable using analytics and data-driven experimentation, including Amplitude and Tableau
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to design experiments
• Experience running usability tests on Maze, Great Question, or a similar platform
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and User Researchers
• Understanding of user psychology, behavioral design, highly converting user interfaces, and habit-forming products
• Independent yet collaborative work style
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve the design workflow
