Full Stack Developer – Node.js, React

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Node.js and frontend applications using React, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability
• Design, develop, and support APIs and integrations with internal systems and third-party services
• Implement new features, fix bugs, and continuously improve existing systems
• Participate in requirements analysis and the definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and development best practices
• Perform data modeling and integrate with relational and non-relational databases
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigating technical risks
• Investigate and resolve incidents, providing technical support when necessary
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps, and Front-end teams
• Contribute to the evolution of architecture, development standards, and technical documentation
• Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting planning, refinement, and delivery tracking
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in the Node.js ecosystem and backend development

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with backend development using Node.js
• Experience with frontend development using React
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with version control using Git
• Knowledge of software architecture, development best practices, and design patterns
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Ability to analyze and solve medium- and high-complexity technical problems
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices
• Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, and performance optimization
• Experience in e-commerce environments, digital products, or high-availability platforms
