Technical Solution Architect
About the role
• Architect end-to-end technical blueprints balancing client requirements with budget, timelines, and technical constraints
• Ensure designs prioritize scalability, high availability, and security
• Lead technical discovery sessions during pre-sales and evaluate RFP requirements
• Build high-level solution concepts and cost estimates
• Evaluate, benchmark, and select technology stacks, cloud platforms, frameworks, databases, and third-party integrations
• Focus on system architecture spanning electronics hardware, embedded firmware, and mechanical systems for Industrial, Automotive, consumer/prosumer, and security and surveillance use cases
• Review code and architecture, establish engineering best practices, and troubleshoot complex bottlenecks
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate architecture and minimize technical risk
• Translate complex technical concepts into value-driven language for non-technical stakeholders and executive client boards
• Guide engineering teams to ensure projects are scalable, secure, and delivered on time
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years in software engineering or systems design
• At least 3+ years specifically in an architectural or client-facing consultant capacity, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or engineering service firm
• Advanced expertise in complete product design life cycle with hands-on experience on BSP and firmware development considering multiple microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong grip on regulatory compliance and standards
• Experience working on production line testing and test fixtures
• Ability to understand changing client business models across Automotive, Industrial, Healthcare, and Consumer verticals
• Comfortable working with legacy systems with poor documentation and mapping modernization roadmaps
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional developer teams and gain trust from client leadership
