Senior Technical SEO Specialist

• Conduct technical audits and identify issues related to crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture, performance, user experience, and organic growth
• Analyze and optimize information architecture, URL structure, internal linking, redirects, structured data, sitemaps, robots.txt, and other technical SEO elements
• Work on website creation, redesign, and migration projects by conducting analyses, providing recommendations, performing acceptance testing, and monitoring post-launch performance
• Monitor technical and organic performance indicators, investigate performance declines, and track changes in algorithms, search engines, and technologies
• Develop action plans and technical briefs for clients, developers, and other stakeholders
• Implement or oversee improvements in WordPress, CMS platforms, code, or server environments
• Validate technical implementations, tracking configurations, events, and conversions using GA4, DebugView, and other diagnostic tools
• Analyze competitors, domain authority, and backlinks, supporting link-building and organic growth strategies
• Support initiatives related to conversion optimization, structured data, GEO, LLMO, artificial intelligence, and emerging search experiences
• Guide content professionals and Junior SEO Specialists on on-page activities such as title tags, meta descriptions, FAQs, and content optimization
• Use artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics tools to increase efficiency while maintaining validation and technical accountability for results
• Document standards, processes, and best practices; share knowledge; and contribute to the team’s technical development

• At least 3 years of experience in Technical SEO
• Proven experience conducting SEO audits and managing SEO projects, preferably in agencies or consultancies
• Experience serving multiple clients across different industries simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and organic performance
• Knowledge of robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, status codes, structured data, and other technical SEO elements
• Knowledge of SEO for JavaScript-based websites
• Experience with migrations, redesigns, or significant changes to site architecture
• Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs
• Practical knowledge of PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into diagnoses, priorities, and action plans
• Ability to prepare briefs, guide development professionals, and technically validate implementations
• Experience with significant migration, traffic recovery, or organic growth projects
• Completed university degree
• Preferred: knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Preferred: knowledge of SQL, Python, or another language used for automation and data processing
• Preferred: experience with the Google Search Console API, GA4 APIs, or SEO tool APIs
• Preferred: knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and monitoring tools
