Real Estate City Manager

• Develop the local market commercially by onboarding new properties under management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Manage the local service-provider network
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System
• Monitor and manage operations via the ALB platform
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
