Sales Automation Specialist
About the role
• Build and maintain the deal pipeline in HubSpot, including stages, properties, required fields, and automations throughout the consulting process
• Automate lead routing, follow-up reminders, tasks, and sequences
• Ensure data quality through duplicate management, field logic, and smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Support
• Build dashboards for conversion rates, pipeline development, and activity metrics for Sales leadership and executive management
• Integrate HubSpot with telephony, calendars, dashboard tools, and other sales systems
• Develop pragmatic solutions using no-code/low-code and AI tools, for example for call follow-up, data enrichment, or templates
• Train sales colleagues and document processes
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and the Academy
• Completed degree or equivalent qualification, for example in business administration, business informatics, or sales management
• Two to four years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a comparable role
• Proficiency in using a CRM system, ideally HubSpot, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and permissions
• Experience analyzing sales processes and translating them into automated, transparent workflows
• Experience with sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline development, and activity data
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Plecto, Looker Studio, or Power BI is a plus
• Initial experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make or Zapier
• Interest in AI-powered automation
• Basic understanding of data models and interfaces, such as APIs, field mapping, and data quality
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to sales teams
• Structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic approach to solutions
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
