• Record solo calls on the secure platform, pausing where the agent would respond
• Speak naturally while simulating calls to a bank, telco, or retailer
• Submit basic metadata after each call
• Complete 4–10 QA-approved sessions for payment

• Native Japanese speaker
• 18+
• Can read and follow short instructions in Japanese
• Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
• Have a quiet indoor space to record
• Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
• Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days
• Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call that follows a 6-step flow
• Will use only fake names and account or order numbers
• Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
