Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property
• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
• Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
• Build a portfolio of managed properties
• Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Motivation and ability to develop an independent business
• Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
