Chemistry Resource Developer

• Create original Science content for high school students up to Class 10 across Chemistry, including practice exams, booklets, assignments, assessments, and learning resources
• Define formats and logical progression so resources build naturally as students learn
• Write step-by-step, student-friendly solutions and explanations that make scientific reasoning clear
• Develop accurate and engaging resources across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
• Align content with relevant high school Science curricula and academic requirements
• Collaborate with the India content team and the onshore academic team in Australia to align materials with learning objectives and student needs
• Review and refine content for precision, scientific accuracy, clarity, and rigor
• Suggest improvements to question design, structure, and delivery
• Contribute to processes that enable content to scale
• Independently produce science exams, assignments, and booklet material within the first three months

• A bachelor's or master's degree (BSc/MSc), majoring in Chemistry subject only
• 1 to 3 years in science content development, academic content development, teaching, or a related role
• Strong conceptual understanding across Chemistry up to Class 12
• Ability to confidently handle and explain Class 10 Science concepts across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
• Familiarity with curriculum design, academic resource development, and syllabus alignment
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex scientific concepts into clear, logical, and student-friendly explanations
• Ability to work independently and manage several content projects at once
• Cross-timezone comfort, with overlap into Australian time
• Experience in academic writing, booklets, assessments, or practice-exam development (nice to have)
• Exposure to edtech or international curriculum frameworks (nice to have)
• Experience creating resources for high school students (nice to have)
• Interest in instructional design or educational technology (nice to have)
• CV and a short sample or description of Science content created
