• Experience in a legislatively or regulatorily driven domain, such as financials and statutory reporting, payroll and superannuation, tax, privacy and data protection, or e-invoicing
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic or LLM-based solutions, including agents with tool/function calling, tool contracts, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails and human-in-the-loop control; at least one taken into real use
• Track record of turning bespoke work into reusable assets adopted by teams beyond the originating project
• Track record of setting engineering standards adopted by teams the candidate did not manage
• Experience halting a release on quality or risk grounds

• Current hands-on engineering capability
• Working depth in agentic system architecture, ERP integration, identity and permissions, software development lifecycle, release engineering and CI/CD, test strategy, AWS/Azure/GCP, software supply chain and engineering documentation
