Commercial Manager

About the role

• Manage the field sales team covering the southern half of France, comprising four field sales representatives responsible for key and strategic accounts
• Lead, support, and develop the team by strengthening skills and managing individual and collective performance
• Define and implement the sales strategy for the Southern region with the Sales Director
• Analyze market developments and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Establish and continuously improve sales methods and processes
• Drive customer retention and portfolio growth across the southern half of France
• Support sales representatives in managing their accounts and coordinate responses with internal departments
• Lead prospecting and new customer acquisition, particularly among major accounts
• Monitor opportunities and support high-potential deals
• Track performance indicators and oversee sales activity reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Identify gaps, adjust priorities, and adapt sales initiatives
• Travel regularly throughout the region to meet with the team, customers, and partners

• Strong experience in sales management within a B2B services environment
• Proven experience supervising and managing sales teams
• Ability to support teams, structure activities, and improve performance
• Comfortable working with demanding stakeholders
• Ability to build lasting relationships with high-value customers
• Strong business development mindset
• Proficiency in B2B prospecting
• Ability to convert opportunities into commercial results
• Strong command of performance management and results analysis
• Ability to define sales priorities
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the company’s various departments

• Annual salary paid over 13 months
