Senior Product Manager

• Partner with C-level leadership to define the product roadmap and align features with business goals
• Gather and translate internal and external stakeholder needs into technical concepts
• Design end-to-end frontend and backend solutions spanning architecture, workflows, and UI
• Lead sprint planning with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate feature implementation across departments
• Remove blockers and protect engineering team focus
• Review design mockups and validate feature quality against client requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering tech products for e-commerce retailers
• Experience delivering client projects, ideally in an agency setting
• Ability to understand technical processes and create IT architectures
• Ability to simplify complex processes for teams
• Experience managing external and senior internal stakeholders
• Understanding of user flows and UX
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
