Project Manager – Energy Solutions, Heat Contracting & Tenant Electricity

• Responsibility for the entire life cycle of complex energy solutions
• Design and technical specification of renewable energy supply systems, such as heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, tenant electricity solutions, and energy storage systems
• Successful delivery of energy projects
• Preparation of technical and economic assessments
• Calculation of attractive proposals incorporating current funding programs and regulatory requirements
• Advising real estate industry clients on decarbonization and the transformation of their heating networks
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including planning consultancies, grid operators, public authorities, and customers
• Optimization and digitalization of project delivery through intelligent tools

• Successfully completed degree in energy engineering, utilities engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development and planning of energy projects
• Ideally, a focus on contracting, neighborhood energy concepts, or the real estate industry
• In-depth technical understanding
• Strong commercial acumen
• Confident handling of energy law and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to challenge existing processes
• Proficiency in using intelligent tools and future-oriented working methods
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Ability to develop economically viable and sustainable solutions
