Lead Consultant

• Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Design and implement GenAI/LLM-powered applications using RAG and agentic AI approaches
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Build LLM workflows and AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services
• Design RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js
• Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, document processing, and semantic search
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, and optimization of LLM applications
• Design multi-step AI workflows, tool calling, agent orchestration, and state management using LangGraph
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define application and AI solution architecture
• Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot application and AI/LLM-related performance and production issues
• Act as a technical lead for full-stack and AI development initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive architecture, design decisions, code quality, and engineering standards
• Take ownership of deliverables from design through development, deployment, and production support

• 7–12 years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in React.js and modern front-end development
• Strong experience in Node.js and backend/API development
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation
• Hands-on experience with LangChain
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agentic workflows
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and semantic search
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and development best practices
