Procurement Manager

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies
• Lead and scale the global procurement function
• Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure favorable commercial terms and effective risk management
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, tender processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations
• Advise internal stakeholders on supplier selection, commercial decisions, and purchasing strategies
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities
• Optimize supplier spend and drive value through supplier management
• Improve procurement processes, systems, and workflows
• Configure, optimize, and enhance Jira and ERP systems
• Build a high-performing procurement team
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration

• 5–7+ years in procurement
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry
• Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are a plus
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems such as Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management
• Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives
