Consultant

• Independently deliver HRIS module configurations and contribute to project delivery.
• Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
• Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
• Perform or support data migration activities.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs.
• Collect and process client feedback to drive system changes.
• Deliver end-user training on different modules.
• Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
• Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
• Lead workshops, extract insights, communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage responsibilities, review work carefully, balance client requests with solution feasibility, and analyze root causes to propose solutions.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
