Manager, Advertiser & Merchant Partnerships

• Launch direct advertiser sales for Encore in the UAE
• Source merchants for loyalty clients
• Originate, pursue, and close advertiser partnerships in the UAE and wider GCC
• Work directly and through advertising agencies, initially focusing on banks, subscriptions, and travel
• Negotiate commercial terms, campaign structures, and bounties, including CPA and CPC models
• Match advertiser supply to publisher demand by vertical and close coverage gaps
• Identify and approach merchants and brands
• Present loyalty-program benefits and sign merchants to monthly merchant and offer commitments
• Cover dining, retail, entertainment, wellness, and travel categories according to client seasonal calendars
• Build long-term merchant relationships and rotate low-performing offers
• Take merchants and advertisers from first contact to live offer, including approvals, terms, creative, English and Arabic copy, and tracking
• Work with customer success, marketing, and operations
• Maintain accurate pipeline and onboarding records
• Report merchants signed, offers live, and forecasts against targets
• Share market feedback and early results to improve pitches and case studies

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in advertising sales, merchant partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, loyalty, or related sectors
• Fluent English
• Arabic is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals with brands or merchants in the UAE
• Strong local network in the UAE
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Data-driven, with a good understanding of loyalty offers and performance-marketing models such as CPA and CPC
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging clients by email, phone, in meetings, and at events
• Highly driven, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Based in the UAE
• Legally eligible to work in the UAE
