Manager AI Transformation – All Genders

• Lead AI transformation engagements from strategic ambition to implementation
• Advise senior and executive stakeholders on the organizational implications and business opportunities of AI
• Assess organizational AI readiness and define transformation priorities
• Design AI-enabled target operating models, governance structures, roles, and decision processes
• Translate AI use cases and technology opportunities into organizational and business requirements
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation approaches, and value realization frameworks
• Design adoption, capability-building, and change approaches that enable people to work effectively with AI
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration
• Shape proposals and develop commercially viable consulting offerings
• Contribute to the development of AI Transformation methods, assets, and thought leadership

• A university degree in business administration, information systems, organizational sciences, psychology, engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a comparable role
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects or complex transformation workstreams
• Expertise in AI transformation and AI strategy implementation
• Expertise in target operating model and organizational design
• Expertise in AI governance and use-case portfolio management
• Expertise in change management, adoption, and capability building
• Expertise in process transformation and AI-enabled ways of working
• Expertise in transformation management and value realization
• Ability to connect business, organizational, people, and technology perspectives
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills
• Experience in developing client relationships and contributing to business development
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in shaping a growing consulting portfolio
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
