Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

• Support a senior Australian executive across multiple businesses and board roles
• Build presentations and decks for board, executive, and client audiences
• Transform raw data into clear, usable insights
• Review reports for accuracy, clarity, and gaps
• Prepare and format reports and board papers
• Provide executive support across email, documents, scheduling, and follow-up
• Track deadlines and commitments across several organisations
• Deliver work directly to the executive in a backend, non-phone, non-client-facing role

• Experience supporting an executive, business owner, or senior leader in an EA, senior administration, or business support role
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong Google Workspace skills: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Ability to build presentations and decks from rough input for board-level audiences
• Confidence working with datasets in Google Sheets and explaining findings
• Excellent written English
• Track record of working unsupervised and setting priorities independently
• Experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally for an Australian, US, or UK business
• Exposure to board reporting or governance documents
• Experience juggling multiple entities or stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, summarising, and analysis
• Self-provided equipment: computer with at least 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), Windows 11 Home or Pro, power backup, secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and 40–50 Mbps minimum upload and download speed
• NBI or police clearance
• Government-issued ID
• BIR self-registration and required government contributions as an independent contractor
• Ability to work 7 AM to 4 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
• English proficiency test and personality test
• Quiet, dedicated work-from-home space

• Compliance with Wingman IT and security requirements, including system monitoring and safety tools
• Agreement under Singapore law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
