Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the main technical expert supporting the enterprise sales team
• Ensure enterprise customers are integrated and onboarded smoothly and quickly
• Articulate technology and product knowledge to business and technical owners
• Drive and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluation stage of the sales process with sales as the technical advisor
• Lead sales projects for Proofs of Concept, coordinating with support, routing, engineering, and product management
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with clients during the pre-sales phase
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, including Mitto infrastructure and security
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management
• Provide technical onboarding for new enterprise customers

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Fast-learning mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle priorities, stay organized, and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment
• Sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and motivation to drive results
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, everyday language
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence using MS Office tools
• 2-3 years experience in a mid or high-level customer facing role
• Working understanding of basic technical concepts of REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana is an advantage
• Telecom and messaging experience (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, Carrier ecosystem)
