Pump Maintenance Specialist

• Drive contractor performance to ensure delivery against quoted obligations and United standards within strict timeframes
• Develop and improve United’s Fuel System repair and maintenance standards across the network
• Develop Fuel System maintenance and project contracts and contractors
• Manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing service providers and teams
• Assist with project plans, system improvements, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with WorkPlace Clearance Group (WPCG) Standards, including Clearance Issuer, Minor Control Checklists, and Permit Writing as required
• Support work within Hazardous Areas (HA) of Retail Service Station sites
• Build and maintain relationships with multidisciplinary team members
• Improve equipment reliability, availability, and asset uptime
• Reduce long-term maintenance costs through proactive contract management, structure, and pricing
• Plan, analyze, and regularly report on budgets
