AI Full-Stack Engineer

• Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini
• Design and implement AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies and intelligent automation solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, business systems and internal tools
• Evaluate and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost
• Apply fine-tuning and other model-customization techniques where appropriate
• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js
• Build and maintain robust APIs, webhooks and integrations with third-party platforms
• Design, manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and data models
• Develop secure, maintainable and high-performance applications supporting growing user bases
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance
• Take ownership of technical architecture and make independent engineering decisions
• Build scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of users
• Manage deployment workflows and cloud-based environments using tools such as Vercel and Docker
• Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration and code management
• Establish development practices around testing, reliability, security and maintainability
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and software automation
• Develop internal tools and integrations that reduce repetitive manual work
• Collaborate directly with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Communicate technical decisions, progress and challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database design and optimization
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini
• Experience building REST APIs, third-party integrations and automated workflows
• Experience deploying and maintaining scalable applications in cloud-based environments
• Proven ability to independently design and architect systems used by thousands of users
• Strong Git/GitHub skills and the ability to explain technical contributions clearly
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
