Cloud Alliance Manager – AWS

About the role

• Own AppXite's AWS relationship end-to-end, including the AWS Distribution Program, Solution Provider Program, AWS Marketplace, co-sell motions, incentive and margin economics, and customer enablement
• Serve as the internal AWS authority for product, engineering, finance, and customer-facing teams
• Manage vendor alliances and AWS program participation, including partner development relationships, partner path progression, accreditation counts, compliance, and annual re-validation
• Track AWS channel program changes and translate them into platform and commercial requirements
• Model AWS incentive structures and their impact on customer margins
• Support pricing, markup, and billing configuration decisions for AWS offers, including Marketplace and consumption-based models
• Enable distributor, reseller, and MSP customers through onboarding, program navigation, deal registration, and co-sell hygiene
• Create enablement assets such as playbooks, webinars, and partner-facing documentation
• Advise product and engineering on AWS provisioning, CUR billing data, Marketplace integration, and partner program logic
• Prioritize AWS-related roadmap items and validate designs against AWS program requirements
• Identify AWS-driven revenue opportunities and support sales in AWS-anchored deals
• Represent AppXite at AWS partner events and joint go-to-market activities
• Drive platform GMV/revenue growth, customer AWS activation, partner path progression, accreditation compliance, and timely implementation of AWS program updates

• 5–7 years in partner management, alliance management, channel sales, or business development in cloud/SaaS
• In-depth knowledge of the AWS partner ecosystem, including APN structure, Distribution and Solution Provider programs, Marketplace, and co-sell
• Ability to discuss consumption billing, cloud economics, and margin structures with finance, and provisioning/APIs with engineers
• Experience working with or through distributors, resellers, or MSPs in a two-tier channel
• Fluent English
• Comfortable operating across European time zones and cultures
• Prior role at an AWS distributor, large reseller, or cloud commerce/marketplace platform preferred
• Experience with consumption business models, cloud cost data, and partner agreement constructs preferred
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred, or commitment to obtain Cloud Practitioner plus AWS Partner Sales Accreditation within 3 months
