Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Design, develop, and enhance Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions
• Develop applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to automate processes and generate insights
• Create and maintain APIs, backend services, and integrations with enterprise systems
• Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, internal systems, and knowledge bases
• Support the development of data pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search mechanisms
• Contribute to architecture, scalability, security, and engineering best-practice decisions
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models and applications in production
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-impact solutions

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative model APIs
• Experience developing with Python and creating APIs and backend services
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search
• Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and software engineering best practices
• Experience with AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, observability, and evaluating LLM-powered applications
• Knowledge of platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of MCP, security, governance, and Responsible AI
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Systems thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams
• Organization, proactivity, and a focus on delivering value
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
