Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Node.js, React

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications for high performance, scalability, and security
• Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way
• Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team by guiding design discussions, performing code reviews, and supporting continuous improvement
• Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes

• Extensive professional expertise in Python / Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
• Experience building secure and user-focused web interfaces with attention to UX patterns and best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services and SQL database technologies
