Solution Architect – Digital Product Development

• Advise customers and independently design, develop, and implement customized solutions based on the TIVITY platform
• Create end-to-end solutions, from the initial idea and detailed user stories and mockups through to the finished product
• Serve as the central interface between customers and the project/development team to ensure project success
• Conduct in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative, market-leading software solutions
• Facilitate workshops to identify solutions for technically complex issues
• Capture the customer’s vision and requirements
• Create wireframes to visualize user flows
• Plan a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Iteratively build the product on the platform, including the data model, data queries, user interfaces, and workflows
• Validate solutions through user interviews and make appropriate adjustments

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or computer science
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a similar role
• Ability to analyze and interpret user and product requirements, develop solution approaches, and implement them
• Experience managing activities and/or projects
• Experience in change, release, and test management
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, along with a solution-oriented mindset and analytical thinking
• Experience working with distributed teams and remotely; a dedicated home office and suitable infrastructure are available
• Strong customer focus, a high degree of ownership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and determination
• Knowledge of agile working and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Fluent German and English skills
• Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is not required
